How to Prepare Dried Lion’s Mane Mushrooms *

1. Rehydrate
Open the bag and place the dried mushrooms in a bowl of boiling water.
Let soak for 10 minutes.

2. Strain & Squeeze
Drain the mushrooms and gently press out excess water.
→ This improves the texture and helps them crisp up later.

3. Dry-Fry
Add the mushrooms to a hot pan without oil and cook until all moisture evaporates.
This intensifies the flavor.

4. Add Oil & Seasoning
Once the mushrooms are dry and slightly golden, add a splash of olive oil and your favorite seasonings.
→ Suggestions: salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika.

5. Serve & Enjoy
Use just like fresh mushrooms:
