Ideal Fruiting Temperature: 20°C to 30°C
Pink Oyster mushrooms are tropical mushrooms so they grow best in warmer temperatures

Harvests: The first flush (that's mushroom-speak for harvest) usually yields a large fruit , perfect for a meal for 2–3 people. With the right care, your kit could produce a second, third, and possibly even a fourth flush if you're lucky! Bear in mind that subsequent harvests will be smaller in size.

Storage: If you’re not quite ready to start growing, simply store your mushroom kit in the fridge( up to 3-4 months). This will keep it dormant until you’re ready to grow or gift it!

Pink Oyster mushrooms have a sweet, delicate flavor with fruity undertones and a tender texture. They’re great for adding to stir-fries and salads, and their unique shape makes them perfect for creating vegan bacon or a salmon-like appearance in omelets.

Simple steps

1. OPEN
   Cut out the dotted X on front.
2. WATER
   Soak bag in tap water over night. 
3. SPRAY
   Spray 2x per day
4. HARVEST & REPEAT
   Harvest after 10-14 days. Then, repeat steps 2-4
